They roasted in the shop and after tasting their liquid gold roasted in a Probat L12 and brewed through some of the older style Fetco's I just had to find a way to roast at home. Their roastmaster was kind enough to give me pointers on getting a good roast in small batches.
Another one who does a great job and roasts in-house:
I've been to Espresso Vivace in Seattle, one of the ten listed, but I prefer Cafe Allegro, just across the main entrance to Seattle University. It was the inspiration for Starbucks.

I can attest to folks being out and about. Me and Julie were out hitting the garden centers for loading flower pots all day. Nice weather! Tomorrow the Kamado/egg gets fired up!
