Drum size and load capacities
beanflying
Fairly self explanatory but over time if some of you with drum roasters would like to contribute time for a new or updated chart of dimensions over capacities and even maybe include heat source and ratings in the chart?

The main reason for this is that using the available information here and the chart that gets rolled out that Stuart compiled a few years ago gives a figure of 1kg per 6 liters of volume as a guide. (165 CI per pound).

Part of the reason for me raising this is my recent purchase of a little electric roaster rated at a nominal 1kg (3500W) running a 10" x 10" perforated drum (around 12 litres) which by the measure above would see it a 2kg drum.

So thoughts or drop your date below and lets compile a list. Even if you can or have access to smaller commercial setups it would be nice to include them too. as a resource for would be designers :)
My name is Tim and I have a coffee equipment addiction problem :)

I can attest to folks being out and about. Me and Julie were out hitting the garden centers for loading flower pots all day. Nice weather! Tomorrow the Kamado/egg gets fired up! bbq
