Double sample roaster
Ringo
I got a chance kast week to roast on a awsome sample roaster, sorry I do not know the name. It was gas fired, with full control of heat, and air. with bean probe. It was a little hard to control becouse it vwould turn on a dime. A little too much air and the roast would stall. I cupped the coffee of the machine and it was great, bright and full. I snaped a few pictures becouse I would love to copy this machine.

This picx shows the sheild over the burner, keep the direct heat off the drum.

Not a good picture but it show the drum lifted to dump. bearings, bean probe. The back of the drum is open like a hot top so bean probe will work.

Those look like pressure gauges?? -Scott

Ringo
They are gas gauges, one for each drum. The first pic I actually downloaded, I only got internal pics of the one I got to use. I really want to build one. The one I roasted on was a little different but not much. Great machine if you have 10k laying around.
