Has anyone considered using an induction burner for a roasting heat source?
They advertise[small][/small] good heat control; outside of using a pid. Stirring and temperature probes would have to come thru the lid - not too complicated.
The Nu-Wave claims to heat to 500 degrees.
What do you think???

I hope this is the right place for this post.
I can attest to folks being out and about. Me and Julie were out hitting the garden centers for loading flower pots all day. Nice weather! Tomorrow the Kamado/egg gets fired up!
