Newbie Posts: 9 Joined: 11/29/2012 11:39	Well, I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly or not, but this would be my first ever post on my first forum membership ever. I have been combing forums for years gathering information, but was so impressed with you folks here, I had to take the plunge and join. Thanks for all your knowledge and willingness to share and contribute to the success of others. Honored to be here. We live in South Dakota, which is a long way from any coffee trees for sure. Just started roasting 2 months ago. Did the frying pan, modified bread machine, a homebuilt stir crazy type thing and about 70 roasts with a modified air crazy. Just finished the prototype for the next roaster. Getting parts for that now and working on the design. Can't wait to see more of everyone's amazing work here.
