I'm using my drum for my weekly supply but I do a couple of roasts per week in the freshroast for trying different profiles. I'd sometimes like to do more than 2.5 oz of a fluidbed roast.
Hey Allen, are you using your Freshroast more then your drum roaster now?

Hey Ken, glad to hear it's giving you good results! I'm still using it with my Freshroast and liking it alot! I need a bigger Freshroast.

I still have 300° at 4:30 or so and 20° RoR @ FC. But that drops, and I then lower the fan to just keep RoR from stalling.
I have incorporated Allens idea of drying period. 150° BT in 30 seconds then 220° in about 2 minutes
