My "ideal cup of fresh roasted"...I voted drip, as my new favorite brewing method (as of a couple of weeks ago) is a Chemex. Then would come french press and espresso as a close third.

I bought the Chemex not having my expectations too high, but wow, some great cups coming out of that! The other nice advantage is that I can brew a larger quantity & not have it go south as quickly as in the press w/out transferring to another container.
