Help! I recently replaced the heater on my Genie Coffee Roaster and it worked fine for the first 2 or 3 roasts. But since then, the roaster won't maintain a constant temp. It bounces between 430 and 400 degrees and maintain a constant temperature above 414 degrees F.

This is the 3rd heater that I've had to replace in 4 years. My roast sizes are 1/2 to 1 pound. I roast 2 times per month on average. Please let me know if you have any ideas to fix this problem. Thanks in advance for your feedback. :BigHug:
