A new RC is underway, RoasterRob style :) . A 75cm long 4 inch steel pipe with a 6 inch base to make it fit on top and around the mouth of the heating chamber. Now that I'm working on it (drilling for thermocouples and maybe cut for a glass window, I'm having second thoughts
1. if a 3 inch pipe would be better for 1 KG?
2. If perforation is better done in the center, or make a 60 degree slope with perforation on the edge? I kind of like the center fountain action, but in the end, it's about the quality of the roast and degree of control on the profile.
