2. If perforation is better done in the center, or make a 60 degree slope with perforation on the edge? I kind of like the center fountain action, but in the end, it's about the quality of the roast and degree of control on the profile.


My Preference is for perf to one side IMO it takes less air flow to start the bean column flowing, the TC can be in the bean mass and in theory be further out of the air flow. But as I said this is JMO.
