Just wanted to officially say "hi". I have been lurking for the past 6 months. I received an espresso machine last October and my grinder a month after that. My wife bought me a popcorn popper to roast in for Christmas and I finally finished my homemade fluidbed 1lb roaster. I'll post in the proper place pictures.
I just had to say thanks for all the great information and blame you all for many late nights of reading.

It is set for 15 minutes. If you tell me a time you will be on I will open the edit for you for 30 minutes.
