Has anyone considered using an induction burner for a roasting heat source?
They advertise
[small][/small] good heat control; outside of using a pid. Stirring and temperature probes would have to come thru the lid - not too complicated.
The Nu-Wave claims to heat to 500 degrees.
What do you think???
