As Ginny said, we are in the latter stages of developing an advanced coffee roaster that will be able to do 1 kg batches. It is all electric, with either manual or automatic control. We are completely confident that this patented roaster is unlike any other you have experienced. The speed and capacity is unparalleled in the industry and so we have given her a name befitting her character .. "the Bullet". Currently we are putting finishing touches on the prototype and expect to have this ready for production in a few months. The prototype has been roasting for the past year with great results. All our engineering is undertaken in Denmark, with manufacturing in Taiwan. We want to make a top quality machine, something I can be proud of and something that will serve the coffee aficionado for a very,very long time. We have done a lot of market research into what features you, the coffee roasters want (including this forum) in a high capacity home roaster and we are confident that you will be both satisfied and impressed. I look forward to hearing any questions or comments you may have, including requests for features - though I think we got most of it covered.
