Need your help designing a roaster - ESP32
shiru
Hi guys,

I'm currently looking to create an affordable coffee roaster machine that new and advanced people can use.
Beginners will have a nice app where they can run recipes for specific beans and type of roasting (like the Play Store for recipes :P ), while more advanced users are able to use professional software like Artisan.

I'm looking for people who would love to improve the roasting industry, or just making it funnier to join our team.
I'm Computer Engineer (Software developer & project manager), while the other member is a Marketing guy.

We're based in Bratislava and Vienna, but location doesn't really matter.

The most important is to find someone who would really like to contribute and create this kind of product.
Note: we really need a guy with experience in PCB designing

Please remember this is an startup :)

Hi guys,
I have a functional prototype of a small batch (50-100g) coffee roaster. The prototype is based on esp32 board and is connected to Artisan via WiFi (Modbus TCP). Right now I'm in process of refactoring of the firmware and designing the esp32 pcb board. I'm based in Brno. Are you interesed in some kind of collaboration?

Did you received my PM ? Check your inbox, replied right after your introductory post in June...

More details about about roaster would be fine to make public... roast technology at least...
At this size I guess it could be an ikawa clone?

Also, focusing on electronics when advertising your product is not the best idea, imo.
Roasting is done by heat, well applied heat, not by circuits Grin
