1/4 Pounder Posts: 70 Joined: February 03, 2020	Anyone else having quality problems with green coffee? Multiple suppliers have the same issue. Beans are not sorted like they use to be and I can't seem to get all the beans roasted to the same level. Some cinnamon, and some Vienna in the same batch. I started noticing this in late spring, but only with some coffees. Now it seems like all of them. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AeroPress, Capresso On The Go single cup drip, Moka Pot DIY Gas Fired perforated drum using TermoPro meat probe as bean probe (very accurate), Aillio Bullet R1 V2 A morning without coffee is like a marriage without a honeymoon.

Administrator Posts: 3654 Joined: February 23, 2010	I haven't noticed any sorting issues with any of my orders from Happymug this year nor did I notice any with a couple of Sweet Marias orders but have definitely noticed a drop in cup quality even compared to last year. Nothing major, but quite a few of them have lacked body/sweetness and/or lacking in overall flavor. 1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana
