I got a Huky 500T. It's for non-stop roasting. I am learning to use it for just 1 batch at a time. They say to heat to 425 to 572. My problem has been the FC runs very fast. My experience with the Hottop has been to slow down FC once it starts. That gives me a wide range of flavors. Huky seams to cut the wide range of flavors down to half. But they are stronger. Also my hot smell and flavor on either roaster is muted. Soo I'm saying my coffee tasts a whole lot better as it cools down. Man O man it is good then. ![]() |

You state that FC runs very fast. Are you not able to lower heat input before FC to slow it down?
