Trouble trying to Join HRO

We unfortunately had some problems with our new member sign up system and some have reported that the Captcha, are you a real person tool was not letting you verify yourself.

Our apologies for the problems you had but please come back and sign up for membership as our site admin has fixed the glitch and all should be good now!
