Guatemala Acetenango Gesha purchased from Sweet Marias, I roasted 2lbs so far with my fresh roast SR800, the roast has come every time with lots of tipping, tried 4 different profiles, roasting time 8 to 10 minutes, thee toughest to roast coffee, I've been roasting for 6 months at a rate of two lbs a week, I'm not impressed with this coffee at $15 a pound. I've has much better at $8 per pound, I love Sweet Marias coffees but, this one seems to be over rated. |

Let us know minutes from start till yellow and from yellow till 1C. Some coffees do not like the typical fluidbed 7-8 min roast and instead require closer to 12 min for various reasons. Something else that would be helpful but you may not be able to measure is inlet temp max.
1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana
