From Kaldi-Mini to Mini-Monster
Trogster
What started as a simple hand-crank sample roaster, is now a fully instrumented roaster with variable speed drum, adjustable air flow, and custom heatshield monster…LOL

Still learning the handling characteristics of the roaster, however the mods provide very precise temperature control over all phases of the roast.

In hindsight, I probably should have just purchased a Kaleido M2.

Just checked out the Skywalker.... seems great value.

Does the latest iteration work with Artisan?

Yes and no... what it does is not right.
Better get V1, and tinker a bit with Arduino.
They charge you $400 more for things that can be fixed in V1 for less than $30.
Half of this amount increase is the touch LCD panel display, running an app that simply make a disservice to this hardware.
They are mad not asking the open source community for help.
