Any Fortis users out there? Looking for ways to rid my self of tipping issues on all my roasts. I’ve tried all the usual methods

Do you have quality beans from a quality supplier?

I think I do. Have roasted beans from Hacea, Showroom, Sweet Maria’s, Aida Battell as well as others. All tipped.

I have used S.M as a supplier for over 20 years, I know their beans are quality. If you tried your solutions with them the only thing I can say is that your drum is too hot at the drip, or rotation is too slow. Maybe your instrummention is off.
